A: Sample is available for your evaluation. But some customized products need tooling charge, at this time please contact our salesperson first.

Q: What time about the delivery?

A: We usually deliver the goods by 15 days after payment, according the quantities.

3.Packaging:

Q: We want to pack the units in box/carton the printed with our artwork, can you supply?

A: Welcome personal design packages. Usually, we use our common box/carton to pack the products unless there are special requirements.

4.Mode of transportation:

Q: How to transport these products to us?

A: Transportation: FEDEX, DHL, UPS, EMS…optional

Shipping Details:

1) Can Ship by express such as DHL, FEDEX, EMS, TNT, UPS, or by Sea, by air, it's depends on your requirement.(The express shipping time is about 3 to 7 working days.)

2) The tracking number will be informed after 1-3 working days the package delivered.

3) We will follow the shipment info after delivering.  If you can't receive the goods on time, please contact with us, we will assist to find the solution as soon as possible.
